INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM

The application form should be filled in, giving fully all particulars required and submitted, along with copy of Corporation Birth Certificate, community certificate, Half yearly Mark sheet, Aadhar Card.

Correct Date of Birth and Caste should be given, as any, future alteration will be difficult Certificate of proof of date of birth and caste should be submitted if admission Is granted.)

Admission will be given only on production of Transfer Certificate from recognized Institution or Birth Certificate Extract from the office of the Registrar of Birth or from The corporation of Madras will be accepted.

A true copy of the Birth Certificate & Caste Certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should also be produced along with the original

Application which does not give full particulars as required in the application form will NOT be considered.

Ensure that payment is completed to finalize and submit your application.
